Wilmington tops list of Nation’s Best Cities for those Moving
Another national survey has given the Cape Fear region high marks for folks planning to pick up their lives and move somewhere new. For the third year in a row United Van Lines has ranked Wilmington in its top 10 cities to relocate to in America. Read more
2022 was a Billion Dollar Year in the Lower Cape Fear’s Luxury Housing Market
The tri-county luxury housing market ended its most profitable year ever by breaking a milestone that once seemed totally out of reach. For the first time luxury home sales in New Hanover, Brunswick and Pender Counties collectively broke the $1 billion mark in a single calendar year. Read more.
Housing Market Continues Correction in December
The Cape Fear Board of Realtors released the December sales numbers for the Tri-county area. The number of home sales dipped in a year-to-year comparison by 34% while prices increased by more than 17%
