Autumn Hall is a planned community located off Eastwood Road. The community is made up of 236 acres and it was first purchased by the Trask family in the 1950s. Construction began at Autumn Hall began in 2010, with a vision to create a Southern gathering place. The goal is to intersect traditional living with a coastal lifestyle, while preserving a natural landscape.
Autumn Halls is zoned MX, for mixed use. Once complete, the community with consist of single family homes, a senior apartment complex, assisted living apartments and commercial and office space. As of now, the community has both single family homes and neighboring apartments.
Homes are designed based on antebellum manor houses and coastal plantations. Development is moving slowly, but there are both homes and development sites available. Upon completion, Autumn Hall will have 11 parks, a tennis club, pool and approximately 250 homes.
Autumn Hall is conveniently located near the shops and restaurants of Mayfaire Town Center. Although Eastwood Road experiences heavy traffic, it also has plenty of shopping for residents to enjoy.
